Brief: To design, organise and facilitate the UK’s office summer outing for 300 staff.

The day itself:: With a theme of ‘Herofest’, we structured the day into 6 activities.. Archery, Swat training, Axe Throwing, Lasso and low-impact Paintball with teams alternating throughout the day. Side events including a Graffiti Wall competition filled gaps in the proceedings.

The Evening Party: At the close of play, Campaign was transformed into an amazing festival party with the forest lit by thousands of lights, flaming torches, lanterns and a fire pit! A huge BBQ was served with a Hog roast, Buffet, Pizza, Taco’s, Ice cream kiosk, candy cart and Smores.. Entertainment included a dance tent with DJ and live band, 2 Bars, Rodeo Bull, Caricaturist, Henna artist, Taro reading, Darts, Basketball and a Photo booth.

Brief: One of the team at head office in Hammersmith contacted us to organise a team day for around 55 people for a multi-activity day.

The day itself:  With welcome drinks and bacon rolls/pastries on arrival and after a brief meeting, we structured the day into 3 separate activities allowing for a diversity of abilities. A hog roast provided a break at lunchtime, followed by a series of final showdown events. A few words from the MD handing out the trophy and awards ended the proceedings, followed by a few drinks at the local country pub.

Feedback: “ I wanted to thank your team for the event yesterday, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.  Everything was well organised and we thought it was very professionally run; just a pity we could not have taken the hog roast with us, we certainly could have done with it later in the evening”
