Everything you need to know

Why Schools Choose Campaign
We’ve been welcoming school groups since 1986 — primary schools, secondaries, sixth forms, PRUs, and special schools. We know what teachers need: a well-organised activity that keeps every pupil engaged, comprehensive safety procedures, and minimal paperwork.
Every session is age-matched and fully supervised by our marshals. You bring the pupils and the consent forms — we handle everything else. Equipment, safety briefings, game management, and crowd control are all on us. Teachers consistently tell us it’s the easiest school trip they organise all year.
Choose paintball for ages 8+ or laser tag for ages 7+ — laser tag is particularly popular for primary schools because there’s no physical impact. Both activities use our 100-acre woodland site with themed game zones that make every game feel like an adventure.

More Than Just a Fun Day Out
Paintball and laser tag aren’t just brilliant fun — they’re genuinely educational. Every game scenario requires communication, quick decision-making, and teamwork. Pupils who barely speak in class often emerge as natural leaders on the battlefield.
Teachers consistently tell us it changes the dynamic back in the classroom. The quiet ones gain confidence. The disruptive ones channel their energy. And everyone comes away with shared stories that create stronger bonds within the year group.
We’ve been hosting school groups since 1986. Primary schools, secondary schools, sixth form groups, PRUs, and special schools — we adapt every session to the group in front of us.
What Teachers Say

A Note for Teachers
We need at least one member of staff on-site throughout the session. Your school’s usual supervision ratios apply — our marshals handle the activity, but safeguarding responsibility remains with the school.
Risk assessments are available on request and we’re happy to speak with your headteacher or outdoor education coordinator before booking. We hold comprehensive public liability insurance and all marshals are DBS checked.
Consent forms: we provide a template you can send to parents. One signed group consent form from the organising teacher covers all pupils.

Got Questions?
Here's what teachers usually ask.
We regularly host groups of up to 150 pupils in a single session. Larger groups can be split across morning and afternoon sessions, or we can run multiple activities simultaneously. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Yes. Full risk assessments are available on request for your school’s approval process. We hold comprehensive public liability insurance, and we always have a number of first-aid-trained staff on site. We update our risk assessments annually. We’ve been hosting school groups for nearly 40 years.
Your school’s usual supervision ratios apply. Our marshals run the activity itself — safety briefings, game management, equipment — but safeguarding responsibility remains with the school. Teachers are welcome to participate, watch from the game zones, or relax in the Log Lodge.
Laser tag starts at age 7 and has no physical impact — no paintballs, no bruises, no mess. It’s ideal for primary school groups or for any school that wants to avoid concerns from parents about paintball. The equipment is lightweight and the games are just as exciting.
Please let us know about any specific requirements when booking. Our marshals are experienced at adapting sessions to different needs, adjusting the pace, noise level, or intensity of the games. We’ll work with you to ensure every pupil can participate safely and enjoyably.
We provide a template consent form you can send to parents. The organising teacher signs a single group consent form on the day covering all pupils. Individual parental consent is managed by the school using their existing processes.
Long sleeves, long trousers, and sturdy shoes — old clothes that can get muddy. We provide all equipment including combat suits, body armour, and goggles. No jewellery, no valuables. Packed lunches if you’re not ordering food through us. A change of shoes for the coach home is a good idea.
Absolutely — end-of-term and reward day bookings are very popular. We can accommodate trips at short notice if availability allows, but booking early is always recommended, especially during June and July when demand is highest.
