09:30 — Arrive & Welcome
Free parking, coffee in the Log Lodge, meet your marshals and instructors. Quick briefing on the day ahead.
10:00 — Morning Session: Paintball
Gear up and head into the forest. 5-7 adrenaline-fuelled games across movie-set game zones — Dodge City, D-Day, Zombie Apocalypse. Full equipment, 500 paintballs, experienced marshals.
12:30 — Lunch
Domino's pizza or gourmet BBQ — your choice. Eat in the Log Lodge or the outdoor party area. Recharge, swap stories, prepare for the afternoon.
13:30 — Afternoon: Archery & Axe Throwing
Qualified instructors teach technique from scratch, then it's straight into team competitions. Targets, scoring rounds, and the satisfaction of sinking an axe into a stump.
15:00 — Final Challenge: Laser Tag
One last battle. Infrared combat across the forest with unlimited ammo and electronic scoring. The perfect high-energy finish.
16:00 — Debrief & Depart
Gather in the Log Lodge, announce the winners, hand out any awards. The Black Swan gastropub is 700 yards away if you fancy a drink afterwards.

Here's what event organisers usually ask us.
Paintball, forest laser tag, archery, axe throwing, and CQB (close quarter battle). You can pick any combination — most groups choose 2-3 activities for a full day or 1-2 for a half day.
Half days run for about 3-4 hours. Full days run from around 10am to 16:00, including lunch. We build the schedule around your group and can adjust timing to suit.
Every event is bespoke, so pricing depends on group size, activity choice, duration, and catering. Send us an enquiry with your requirements and we’ll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
We offer Domino’s pizza, gourmet BBQ, hog roast, and full catering packages. For larger events, we can arrange food trucks, bars, and festival-style catering.
No problem. We can run activities in rotation so people can opt in or out. The Log Lodge has comfortable seating, hot drinks, and WiFi for anyone who wants to sit one out. In practice, the reluctant ones usually end up being the most enthusiastic.
There’s no strict minimum for multi-activity days, but they work best with groups of 25+. We’ve hosted everything from small team days of 20 to corporate events for 300+. No upper limit — we split larger groups across activities running simultaneously.
As early as possible, especially for spring and summer dates. We’d recommend at least 3-4 weeks for smaller groups and 6-8 weeks for larger events with catering.
We offer a mobile service for paintball and laser tag — we bring the equipment to your venue. Contact us to discuss options and pricing for offsite events.
