All bookings are subject to availability and some dates may not be available. In this instance alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least 2-3 weeks ahead. Dates will very occasionally have to be changed if there is not enough bookings in your age category on a particular day. We will try and give you 5 days notice if this is the case.
If you cancel your booking we will give you a full refund on any monies paid if you have given us at least one weeks written notice prior to the booking, otherwise a full credit can be requested for use in any future booking. If you book within a week your right to a refund is null and void. If we cannot open due to adverse weather conditions, no refund is offered as this is out of our control. However a full credit will be offered for an alternative future date subject to availability.
Pre-payments are non-transferable and non refundable on the day of your booking. No refunds are offered for any cancellations within 7 days of your booking. If members of your party fail to show on the day, a credit can be requested for future use.
Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation. Players must be present for the safety briefing. Failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being delayed or even cancelled and no refund or amendment will be offered.
Group organisers are fully responsible for any unpaid monies that are left outstanding on the day of the event.
Our main car park is viewed by CCTV and our overflow car park is patrolled by security when in use. However, cars are parked at the owners risk. so please do not leave valuables, bags, phones etc on show in your car, bring them into the main HQ for safe keeping.
Only paintballs supplied by Campaign on the day of your booking may be used. All players agree to be bound by the safety rules. Customers that are unable to comply with the safety instructions may be excluded from Campaign without any refund.
